Tamera is my Aunt so to celebrate the release of her second book I'm hosting a giveaway! First, here is a little bit about her new book:

As a gift to my Aunt, I painted a canvas tote bag inspired by her book to give to her. I loved the book, it was such an adventure! I used the clock tower on the tote bag because it's a main element in the book and I also painted on Abigail, the main character. Here's a peek at it:
For the giveaway I designed 3 book themed tote bags to giveaway. These were fun to do, I love reading. I used some quotes I found on pinterest for the tote bags and also painted on books and a girl reading. That tote bag is actually my favorite.
The Prizes-
1st Place: 1 copy of Unwanted Things and Other Whatnots by Tamera Rickman, 1 Book themed tote bag, 3 Mixed Media Bookmarks and 1 pair of custom Book/Reading themed shoes.

This sounds like a really cool book...especially since I thrift and go to estate sales all the time to find treasure. :)

ReplyDeleteOoh, I Love The Hobbit, but my favorite book is The Walking Drum by Louis L'Amour. It's his only non-Western, I think.
