DIY Holiday Gem Picture Frame

I love Christmas so I'm excited about Kristin's Holiday Extravaganza. I'm sharing a tutorial for a festive and very bling-y Christmas picture frame that's great holiday decor.

I used some fun craft supplies to restyle this simple frame to hold a photo from Christmas 2012, which we spent at the beach in Florida.
