 Supplies: Paint, Notebook, Paintbrush

1. Paint your notebook white, this might take a couple of coats. 2. Paint a feather in a pretty color. 3. Add other shades of paint to your feather, giving it more texture. 4. Outline it using either black paint or a black sharpie. Add some doodles. :)
