DIY Cork Board Tin
Since it's January I wanted to focus on an organizing type project, because the new year is the most perfect time to organize your studio and life!
I turned this tin into a corkboard, and it was super easy.

I definitely recommend using cork on a roll, as it's already curved and will shape around the tin really easily.
1. Cut a piece of cork to the size of your tin, so it wraps around.
2. Use hot glue to adhere the cork piece around the tin.
3. Trace the lid onto another piece of cork and cut out a circle for the top. Cut out a strip of cork to wrap around the sides of the lid.
4. Use hot glue to adhere.
That's it! You can store pencils or other items inside of the tin, and attach notes and reminders to the outside with thumbtacks!
A reminder to make cookies is always good, right? Haha, although maybe that doesn't fit in with most New Year Resolutions.
