Imagine Crafts Neon and Delicata Ink Review

Imagine Crafts contacted me last month asking if I'd be interested in reviewing some of their products. So, I'm reviewing them here on the blog! You can find my previous reviews here:

More reviews will be coming!

If you have a product you want me to review, you can find info here.

I'm reviewing 2 inks in this post, but the Radiant Neon Inks and the Delicata Silvery Shimmer, both by Imagine Crafts/Tsukineko.

First, the Neons- When I hear the word "neon" I automatically think "80's". So, they usually aren't my favorite colors to use on projects, but I have to say, I do love how fun these inks are.

Out of the 5 colors I received, I think my favorite is, of course, the electric coral. I used the coral, yellow and orange inks on this card below. It might have helped if I had cleaned the black ink off of the stamp before though.

I decided to try the Blue and Green neon inks on a piece of Vertigo (by Imagine Crafts) to see how they looked on there. I used a sponge dauber to apply the ink in stripes and then placed it on my card.

It's a pigment ink instead of a solvent ink, so it never quite dried and would come off with my fingers. I fixed that easily enough with a coat of gloss spray though.

For the Delicata ink, I got out my Lots of Stars stamp (by Simon Says Stamp) because I love anything space/galaxy/constellation. I stamped the stars onto white paper for this card, but next I really want to see how the shimmery ink looks on a piece of black paper.

The pictures don't really do it justice. It's actually much more shimmery in person.

Have you either of the Neon inks or the Delicata Shimmer ink?

I was compensated for this by with free product from Imagine Crafts, but all opinions are my own.
