Upcycled Bulletin Board DIY

Old Bulletin Board, Paper, Paint.

1. Cover your bulletin board in paper, Or you could paint the background it you like.
2. Paint on your design. I just free handed the scissors, if you aren't sure about your painting skills you could use a stencil!
3. Go around your design with black. I personally think this makes it stand out better.
And you're done!
See what my board looked like before? A couple years ago Taylor and I had covered it in newspaper. But I think its definitely more inspiring now.
What does your bulletin board look like? Have you decorated it??
